Rehan Talib joined Clearwater in 2009. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for Clearwater's Finance and Accounting, Treasury and Performance Reporting functions. He is also a member of the Firm's Management Forum and Business Risk Committees. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Talib served as the Treasurer for Clearwater. In this role, he was responsible for global treasury management, including cash and liquidity, and led the leverage program at Clearwater. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Talib worked at Delphi Corporation and held several roles of increasing responsibilities, including Regional Treasurer, Manager of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets, Manager of Capital Planning, and Manager of Financial Risk Management.
Mr. Talib is a CFA charterholder, holds a bachelor of business administration degree with honors and a master of business administration degree from the Institute of Business Administration in Karachi, Pakistan, and a master of business administration degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Talib is fluent in English and Urdu.
